Our Dairy Farming
๐ Indigenous Gir Cows: a native Indian breed known for A2 milk
๐พ Grass-Fed & Free-Grazing: the cows graze freely on natural grass
๐ผ Calf First: the calf is fed first, and only the remaining milk is used
๐ฑ Natural Farming: the grazing land is free from chemical fertilizers, pesticides and urea
Why Choose Bilona A2 Ghee
- Traditional Taste: a rich, nutty aroma that cream-based ghee cannot match
- Slow Made: about 30 kg of curd for every 1 kg of ghee
- Cultured Ghee: made from curd, as in traditional Indian homes
- High Smoke Point: stable for tadka, frying and roasting
- Ethically Sourced: the calf always comes first
