Sonamoti is a 2000-year-old desi variety of emmer wheat, grown without use of fertilizers or pesticides.

The name Sonamoti translates to golden pearl to describe the unique round shape and golden colour of this wheat variety.

It is low in gluten and high in folic acid. It is also rich in protein, magnesium and iron. It helps lower blood sugar levels while helping build immunity.
